Paradise Now is a series of paintings that form a visual diary of U.S. intervention in the Mideast. They draw from my memories of that world and news coverage of this undeclared war.
Part of a series of over 90 paintings, these images are what I saw on site at Ground Zero that day, using my eye as camera that day. As fate would have it, I arrived around 8 A.M., and saw the unthinkabel unfold from the high floor of an office building a block away.
